The Best Comeback Line Ever
Iain Dale has a great quote from an old ABC interview. It is an exceptional comeback line but not the best as far as I'm concerned. I'd give the title of Best Comeback Line Ever to this:

It was actually John Wilkes to the Earl of Sandwich, and the exchange went:
'Pon my soul, Wilkes, I don't know whether you'll die upon the gallows or of the pox." Wilkes responded "That depends, my Lord, whether I first embrace your Lordship's principles, or your Lordship's mistresses."
