A DVD about Contraction and Convergence from the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Climate Change shows the concept and support for it.

By missing this, the Green Party's humourist seems to have impaled himself on the point of his teppee rather than the point of C&C. The point is to try and avoid the hair-shirt conditions he portrays.

Cannibalism in Surrey; now that would be funny.
